Welcome to the web site of this exceptional golf community. Not everyone plays golf on the two Arnold Palmer golf courses, Cotton Creek and Cypress Bend. Some simply enjoy the activities within the Cotton Creek Club, others simply enjoy this southern community and its friendliness, and accommodation.
Craft Farms consists of approximately 500 home sites arranged around thirty-six holes of Arnold Palmer golf plus the more than 30 lakes. The Cotton Creek and Cypress Bend golf courses meander through the upscale Craft Farms Community. We are also home to the McCollough Institute For Appearance & Health. Our residents are active and diverse with a keen sense of pride in being part of Craft Farms. The Craft Farms Property Owners Association, Inc. enjoys broad support of the residents and strives to maintain the mutually beneficial covenants and restrictions under a general plan of improvement for the benefit of all owners.
This web site is intended mostly to be of service to the community, in addition to being a welcome site for visitors. For you visitors, do note the consistent idea of service for the residents.
Craft Farms residents should take time to become familiar with this site and the considerable amount of information that is included. You should never have doubt about the restrictions, as they are all listed under the “DOCUMENTS”.

A lot of information is found under “COMMUNITY” which relate to practices within the community. The POA does not have staff or budget to maintain this site daily, and don’t intend to have mailings about similar information — this is it.
